The organizational structure of the National Baptist Convention of America, Incorporated is predicated upon the voluntary nature of its membership churches.

The operating and/or governing principle is derived from the authority granted by the NBCA, Inc. Constitution and By-Laws and vested in the officers elected through the democratic process and/or authority granted to the President to make appointments.

The organizational chart for NBCA, Inc. represents relationships and attending responsibilities for implementing the Convention’s kingdom-business agenda.

The President of NBCA, Inc. is duly elected by the member churches and represents all of the churches. His authority as President is vested in him by the Constitution of National Baptist Convention of America, Inc.
