State President’s Council : To organize presidents of state conventions for the purpose of fostering fellowship among these leaders. They shall provide a forum for the President of National Baptist Convention of America, Incorporated to communicate with state and local leaders for input in carrying out the Convention’s Objective.

Moderator’s Council : To organize moderators of associations for the purpose of fostering fellowship among these leaders. They shall provide a forum for the President of National Baptist Convention of America, Incorporated to communicate with district and local leaders for input in carrying out the Convention’s objective.
