PASTORS’ & MINISTERS’ Convention
The goal of the Pastors’ and Ministers’
Convention is to seek unity and to address the critical
matters related to the task of ministry in the local
church (mission, education, evangelism) and in the
national convention. The objectives are to provide
leadership experience and training sessions for pastors
to hone their skills for more effective ministry;
to address annually a significant Christian concern
which affects the lives of church members; to explore
significant NBCA, Inc. concerns which relate specifically
to pastors and ministers; to become tithers in the
local church; to contribute systematically as a Convention
and as individuals to the Covenant Action Plan (CAP);
to support the Convention; to use the literature written
and published by the Convention; to subscribe NBCA,
Inc. Church School Literature; to engage in the study
of the Word, daily prayer, and special pastoral/ministerial
studies; and structure all Plans of Work in concert
with NBCA, Inc. objectives.
